Veg Vermicelli Recipe:

  1. Dry roast vermicelli in a pan until golden brown and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  3. Add curry leaves, chopped onion, and green chili. Sauté until onions turn translucent.
  4. Add chopped carrot and green peas. Cook for a few minutes.
