  • Paneer: 250 grams, cubed
  • Curd: 1 cup
  • Mustard Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Red Chilli Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: to taste
  • Chaat Masala: 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tablespoon (Either paste it in a blender or use Catch Ginger Garlic Paste for enhanced taste)
  • Besan (Gram Flour): 2 tablespoons
  • Butter: for grilling
  • Onion: 1, cut into chunks
  • Capsicum: 1, cut into chunks


STEP 1 – Prepare the Paneer Tikka Marinade:

In a large mixing bowl, combine curd, mustard oil, red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, ginger garlic paste, and besan. Mix well to form a smooth paste.

STEP 2 – Marinate the Paneer and Vegetables:

Add the paneer cubes, onion chunks, and capsicum chunks to the marinade. Mix gently to coat all the pieces evenly.

Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours for better flavor.

STEP 3 – Preheat and Skewer:

Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated paneer and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between paneer, onion, and capsicum.

STEP 4 – Grill the Paneer Tikka:

Brush the skewers with a little butter.

Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer is golden and slightly charred. This grilling recipes for Dad will definitely uplift his taste buds.

STEP 1 – Prepare the Corn:

Boil the frozen corn in water for 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain and let it cool.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine corn flour, rice flour, salt, and red chili powder.
  • Add the boiled corn to the bowl and mix well to coat each kernel evenly.

STEP 3 – Fry the Corn:

  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated corn in batches. Fry until they are golden brown and crispy.

  • Raisins: 10-12

In a heavy-bottomed pan, bring the full cream milk to a boil.

STEP 2 – Add Rice:

  • Add the washed rice to the boiling milk.
  • Lower the heat and let it simmer. Stir occasionally to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

STEP 3 – Cook Until Thick:

Continue to cook until the rice is fully cooked and the milk thickens approximately 30-40 minutes.

STEP 4 – Add Sugar and Cardamom:

  • Once the rice is cooked and the mixture has thickened, add the sugar and crushed green cardamom.
  • Stir well until the sugar dissolves completely.

STEP 5 – Add Raisins and Almonds:

  • Add the raisins and grated boiled almonds to the kheer.

  • In a bowl, mix the cubed paneer, chopped onion, tomato, sweet corn, and capsicum.
  • Add the pizza sauce and eggless mayonnaise to the mixture. Stir well to combine.

STEP 2 – Assemble the Sandwich:

  • Take a slice of bread and spread a thin layer of butter on one side.
  • Spread a generous amount of the prepared filling on the unbuttered side of the bread.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese, mixed herbs, and chilli flakes on top of the filling.

STEP 3 – Top and Toast:

  • Cover with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat on the stove and place the sandwich on it.
  • Toast until the bread turns golden brown and the cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes per side. Press down gently with a spatula for even toasting.
