- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 tbsp Cocoa powder

- 1 tsp Powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp Instant coffee powder
- 50 grams Fresh cream
- In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh cream, cocoa powder, coffee powder, drinking chocolate powder, & powdered sugar. Stir well until the mixture reaches a thick consistency. Set it aside.
- In another bowl, pour in the milk & coffee powder. Dip each Marie biscuit into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are thoroughly soaked. Next, spread the chocolate mixture over each dipped biscuit.
- Repeat this process with the remaining biscuits, ensuring they are all well-coated. Stack the coated biscuits on top of each other, forming a layered stack. For best results, place the stack on a sheet of aluminum foil.
- Evenly cover the entire biscuit stack with the remaining chocolate mixture. Wrap the stack tightly with aluminum foil & refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Cut the chilled stack into slices starting from a corner, making 30-degree angled cuts. Initially, you will have two smaller pieces, but subsequent cuts will yield regular-sized slices. The prepared cake can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.

- 200 gms Chocolate Sponge Cake (powdered)
- 8 Chocolate Cookies (powdered)
- 4 tbsp Nutella
- 2-3 tbsp Honey
- 200 gms Dark Chocolate (melted)
- To begin, take a bowl & combine the powdered Chocolate Sponge Cake, powdered Chocolate Cookies, Nutella, & Honey. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Next, take a portion of the mixture & shape it into a ball. Repeat this process with the remaining portions of the mixture.
- Now, it’s time to coat the cake pops. Dip a toothpick into the melted chocolate & then insert it into one of the cake balls. Repeat this step for all the cake balls, ensuring they are fully coated with the melted dark chocolate.
- After coating the cake balls with chocolate, sprinkle them with toppings of your choice, as demonstrated in the video. Ensure that the sprinkles are evenly distributed over the cake pops.
- Place the coated cake pops in the freezer & allow them to freeze for approximately 5-7 minutes.

- 1 tsp chopped Parsley
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cream Cheese & Herbs Monaco
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients & mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a piping bag & refrigerate to keep it chilled.
- Take the Monaco biscuits & pipe the cream cheese mixture onto each biscuit.
- Finish off by garnishing with fresh Dill leaves.

- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, mix well, & refrigerate to keep it chilled.
- Place the tomato mixture on top of the Monaco biscuits.
