- 150g frozen strawberries
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 125g plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 125ml milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 15-30ml honey or sugar syrup
- Ice cubes (optional, depending on desired thickness)
Preparation: Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!

- 250g fresh strawberries, stems on and washed thoroughly
- 200g dark chocolate (70% or higher cacao content recommended)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
- Optional toppings: chopped nuts, sprinkles, shredded coconut or edible glitter
Instructions
- Pat the strawberries dry with paper towels to ensure the chocolate adheres properly. Remove any leaves or green parts that are brown or wilted.
- Break the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl. Add the coconut oil (if using) and melt slowly over a double boiler or in short bursts in the microwave, stirring frequently. Avoid overheating, as this can seize the chocolate.
- Holding the stem, carefully dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, coating it halfway or ¾ depending on your preference. Tap gently to remove excess chocolate.
- Immediately after dipping, sprinkle with your desired toppings before the chocolate sets. Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the strawberries for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate is firm.
Easy No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake
This light and refreshing cheesecake is perfect for a sweet treat and requires minimal effort!
Ingredients
Base:
- 200g Marie biscuits (or graham crackers)
- 80g butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling:
- 250g cream cheese, softened
- 100g icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 125ml heavy cream
- 200g fresh strawberries, sliced
Strawberry Topping:
- 150g fresh strawberries, puréed
- 50g icing sugar
Instructions:
- Crush the biscuits to a fine crumb in a food processor or blender. Mix with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 20cm springform pan. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the double cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
- Pour half of the cheesecake filling onto the chilled base. Gently fold half of the sliced strawberries into the remaining filling and pour it over the first layer. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- In a small saucepan, combine the puréed strawberries and icing sugar. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Pour the topping over the chilled cheesecake and spread evenly. Decorate with additional sliced strawberries, if desired. Refrigerate for at least another hour before serving.
