Methi (Fenugreek) Hair Mask

Fenugreek seeds are frequently used as a home remedy for thinning hair and other related conditions, such as dandruff or a dry, itchy scalp. Various plant compounds in fenugreek may interact with a chemical in the body that is known as DHT (dihydrotestosterone). If DHT attached itself to your hair follicles, the result would be hair fall. Methi may slow down the ability of DHT to attach to your hair follicles.

Usage

Take 10-15 g of methi seeds, soak them in water for a night, next morning grind them into a fine paste, apply it properly to the roots of the hair, and leave it there for 20 minutes. Massage the scalp before rinsing it with shampoo.

Frequency

At least twice a week.

Aloe Vera Mask treatment for hair loss

Aloe vera is rich in vitamins A, C, and E. All these vitamins contribute to and promote healthy cell growth and shiny hair. Moreover, vitamin B12 and folic acid are also contained in aloe vera gel. Both components can prevent hair from falling out.

Frequency

2-3 times a week.

Beetroot Juice

The nutrients present in the beetroot are protein, vitamin A and calcium which help to ensure healthy growth of the hair. The carotenoids present in it allow for better blood circulation in the scalp and nourish the hair follicles from within.

Usage

Take the juice of 2-3 beetroots and mix it with the ground coffee powder to make a paste, apply it on the scalp and let it stay for an hour, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

You can also make beetroot juice by boiling a few beetroot leaves in 3 cups of water, cooling it down and mixing it with herbal henna. Apply this mixture on your scalp, wait for 20-30 minutes and then rinse with normal water.
