  • Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tablespoon (Either paste it in a blender or use Catch Ginger Garlic Paste for enhanced taste)
  • Besan (Gram Flour): 2 tablespoons
  • Butter: for grilling
  • Onion: 1, cut into chunks
  • Capsicum: 1, cut into chunks

Instructions:

STEP 1 – Prepare the Paneer Tikka Marinade:

In a large mixing bowl, combine curd, mustard oil, red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, ginger garlic paste, and besan. Mix well to form a smooth paste.

STEP 2 – Marinate the Paneer and Vegetables:

Add the paneer cubes, onion chunks, and capsicum chunks to the marinade. Mix gently to coat all the pieces evenly.

Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours for better flavor.

STEP 3 – Preheat and Skewer:

Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated paneer and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between paneer, onion, and capsicum.

STEP 4 – Grill the Paneer Tikka:

Brush the skewers with a little butter.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine corn flour, rice flour, salt, and red chili powder.
