Milkbasket is designed to offer you a seamless shopping experience & our wallet is key to that. Once you add money to the wallet you don’t need to go through the hassle of payment checkouts on every order.
How is Milkbasket Wallet Bifurcated?
There are 3 sub-wallets namely Food, Main and Cashback, which are collectively referred to as the Milkbasket Wallet. The usage of Milkbasket Wallet will be governed by the Terms & Conditions applicable.
How has my wallet balance been divided into different wallets?
The amount in your main wallet balance that accumulated from earning cashbacks in the past has now been shifted to the new Cashback Wallet. The remaining balance has been retained in the Main wallet.
How can I pay for Membership Fee or Delivery Charges?
Payments for services such as membership fees and delivery charges are exclusively deducted from the Cashback and Main sub-wallets only.The deduction process will first draw balance from the Cashback sub-wallet and if the balance in the Cashback sub-wallet is insufficient to cover the value, then the remaining amount will be deducted from the Main sub-wallet.
Where can I use this wallet balance ?
